One-to-one sessions that work from a Person-Centred approach.
Person-Centred therapy works from the belief that every person has an inbuilt capacity to change in a way that will benefit them. Counselling is a working relationship that helps people tune into this and use it in their life.
I also work with other techniques if they feel appropriate to the work you want to do. These include Constellation Therapy (using figures or shapes to explore the inter- personal dynamics in family or other relationships), Focusing (how feelings are being felt in the body at any moment) and guided visualisation (a way to see and feel what's going on from a different perspective).
